1. The subject of the order is the revitalization of the Gardens of St. Francis Square in Stare Scz to the extent and under the conditions specified in this Specification of Terms of Order (SWZ). Orders co-financed by the European Funds for Maopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 2 European funds for the environment, Measure 2.26 Development of green and blue infrastructure in cities - ITI, project type: A. Development of green and blue infrastructure in cities, under the project entitled "Green and blue infrastructure on area of ​​the City of Stary Scz".2. The subject of the order includes: a. Performance of construction works, supplies and services, the detailed scope of which is specified in the technical documentation (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ); b.
