2.1 The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works as part of the "Revitalization of the fire station in Nová Role" event, located on construction plot No. 1048 in the cadastral territory of Nová Role. These are construction modifications of an existing detached, of a two-story and partially basement building of the fire station. The purpose of using the building does not change with the execution of the order. The performance mainly includes: • structural modifications to the building envelope, facade, plinth and opening fillings, • modification of the main entrance to the building, removal of the existing leeward side and the construction of a new entrance, including an outdoor staircase, • layout and construction modifications of the interior spaces, • construction of a clean and dirty changing room for members of the fire protection unit, • modification of the sanitary facilities, including washrooms, showers, toilets, urinals and related background, • modification of sanitary installations, electrical installation, lighting and other technical equipment of the building, • related demolition, masonry, assembly, finishing and other construction works, • construction site equipment, disposal and proper handover of waste, • carrying out all prescribed tests, revisions, measurements and controls, • putting the affected areas and surfaces in proper condition and handing over the completed work to the customer CPV subject: Construction work Reconstruction of buildings
