Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is "Revitalization of courtyards and inter-block spaces located in the quarter between Parkowa and J. Pisudskiego streets in Sejny, area 2, stage 1.2. The planned investment includes: Task 1: construction of an external installation rainwater sewage system with connection of spaces between blocks, Task 2: development of the area of ​​yards and spaces between blocks, consisting in arranging pedestrian and vehicular traffic, replacing hardened surfaces, Task 3: construction energy lighting connection with the installation of ceilings and lighting fixtures. The attached bill of quantities are for auxiliary purposes only and determine the approximate scope of works to be performed under the order. The contractor should prepare a price offer based on own analysis of all technical documentation and calculate quantities adequate to the scope of works envisaged in the subject of the order. The enclosed bill of quantities does not constitute the basis for subsequent settlement of the contract.
