Revitalization of the castle grounds in the village of Liptál The subject of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive project and related engineering services for the preparation of the plan for the revitalization and functional use of the buildings listed below and adjacent outdoor areas in the location the contracting authority. The performance of the public order will include in particular: 1. completion of the architectural study, including the necessary surveys, surveying the current state and passporting of the affected buildings and areas, 2. development of project documentation for planning permission, including securing and incorporating the necessary surveys and documents, 3. the performance of engineering activities aimed at ensuring the issuance of relevant permits and other administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the project, up to the stage of their validity, if the nature of the given act requires 4. development of project documentation for the implementation of the construction and for the selection of the contractor. The subject of performance relates in particular to the following objects and areas: • the castle building including the extension, including operations and functional units: sightseeing circuit, tour circuit - Kobzáň museum, tour circuit - Terezín library, municipal office, • building of a multifunctional object, including operations and functional units: dormitory / hotel, cafe / restaurant, window room, postman • adjacent outdoor areas, incl possible coordination with the follow-on separately prepared project of paved areas.
