Tender Details

The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the revitalization of the apartment building at Matěj Kopecký 8, 10, 12, Cheb, on the plot of land no. st. 4456 in the cadastral territory of Cheb [650919]. As part of the implementation of the public contract, the following will be carried out in particular: - insulation of the facade apartment building, - removal of the existing contact insulation system made of foamed polystyrene, thick. 60 mm, - insulation of the roof sheathing, - insulation of the basement ceiling, - replacement of the original windows and entrance doors with new opening fillings with insulation triple glazing, - disassembly and reassembly of related plumbing elements, - disassembly of the original glazed railing of the loggia, - execution of a new parapet cladding of the loggia from aerated concrete blocks, - execution of other related construction and assembly works according to the project documentation. The performance also includes all supplies, work and activities necessary for the proper and complete execution of the work, including: - construction site equipment, - disposal and ecological disposal of generated waste, - performance of all prescribed tests and revisions, - continuous cleaning of the construction site, - documenting the documents required for the proper use of the work, - handing over the complete document part to the client. More is stated in the project documentation, in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions, in the statements of DOSS and in the binding draft contract for the work, which are an integral part of the tender documentation.
