The mission entrusted concerns the revision of the SCOT in accordance with the principles defined in articles L.141-1 to L.141-9 of the Ubarnism Code and the orientations and objectives set out in chapter VI of the CCTP. The duration of the contract is 36 months. Execution The services begin from the date of notification of the contract. Services are paid by fixed prices, subject to annual review. No financial guarantee clause provided. The contract provides for the payment of an advance, with obligation to provide a first-demand guarantee in return.
