Tender are invited for REVISED OCTOBER 20, 2022 Invitation for Bids SAINT LUCIA OECS REGIONAL TOURISM COMPETITIVENESS PROJECT Loan/Credit No: IDA Credit #6000-LC Contract Title: Works for Upgrade of the Canaries Market. Reference No. SLU-RTCP-W-RFB-WUCW-01-20 1. The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Tourism Competitiveness Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Works to Upgrade of the Canaries Market. 1. The Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Upgrade of the Canaries Market, which includes the following: i) Demolition & Excavation; ii) Reinforced Concrete Construction; iii) External Works & Drainage; iv) Electrical; and v) Plumbing The construction period is eight (8) months. Qualifications Requirements Include: Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Eastern Caribbean one million eight hundred thousand dollars (XCD 1, 800, 000) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed for the best five (5) years out of the last seven (7), starting 1st January 2015.
