Tender are invited for REVISED MARCH 11, 2022 Invitation for Bids SAINT LUCIA OECS REGIONAL TOURISM COMPETITIVENESS PROJECT Loan/Credit No: IDA Credit #6000-LC Contract Title: Construction of an Entertainment Park in Gros-Islet which includes ancillary works. Reference No. SLU-RTCP-W-RFB-WUGW-01-20 1. The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Tourism Competitiveness Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of an Entertainment Park in Gros-Islet which includes ancillary works. 1. The Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of an Entertainment Park in Gros-Islet which includes ancillary works, which includes the following: Excavation and Filling Works; Reinforced Concrete Construction; Steel Frame Construction;Exterior works and; Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting Equipment Installation The construction period is eight (8) months.
