The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), invites submission of responses from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or consultants (including consortia) to review and report on Tokelau's Clinical Health Services and Patient Referrals scheme.
The goal of the review is to improve the delivery of clinical health services and the patient referral scheme.
MFAT envisage that the Activity would be a maximum of eight months starting in quarter 4 of 2018. Details of the work and deliverables, desired team skills and resources required are contained in the Terms of Reference.
