Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to install air conditioning work in parts of certain establishments of the Community in order to maintain a temperature below 26 during the summer period. This operation will be carried out in the form of annual programs for 2026 and 2027. This consultation only concerns the launch of lot no. 12 Air conditioning of a room at the Maison de Quartier des Chartreux and at the Rene Peltier Center in Troyes, added to the 2026 program. Lots no. 1 to 5 were the subject of a previous consultation and are being executed (Lot no. 1 Air conditioning establishments elementary teaching facilities with protective mesh. Lot No. 2 Air conditioning of elementary educational establishments in the protected sector / ABF. Lot No. 3 Air conditioning in elementary educational establishments. Lot n 4 Air conditioning of early childhood establishments / lot n 5 Air conditioning of the Marie-Louise Fautsch room). Lot No. 6 Air treatment and air conditioning Maison de Quartier Porte Saint Jacques will be launched later. Candidates' attention is drawn to the fact that certain work will be carried out on an occupied site. For information, 2027 forecast program: Lot 7 Town Hall Air conditioning in the Council Room.
