Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the installation work of Brief description of the contract: air conditioning in parts of certain establishments of the Community in order to maintain a temperature below 26 during the summer period. This operation will be carried out in the form of programs annual contracts for 2026 and 2027. This consultation concerns the launch of lots no. 13 and 14, added to the 2026 program. Lots no. 1 to 5 were the subject of a previous consultation and are being executed. Lot No. 6 Air treatment and air conditioning Maison de Quartier Porte Saint Jacques will be launched later. Lot No. 12 Air conditioning of a room at the Maison de Quartier des Chartreux and at the Rene Peltier Center is currently being consulted. Candidates' attention is drawn to the fact that certain work will be carried out on an occupied site. For information, 2027 forecast program: Lot 7 Town Hall Air conditioning of the Council Room. Lot 8 Espace Argence Air conditioning Ground floor room. Lot 9 Schuman Associative Activities House Air conditioning of the training room. Lot 10 Maison des Associations Pasteur Air conditioning of the meeting room on the 1st floor. Batch 11 Gingko Building Air conditioning in the exhibition room. The services fall under category 3 within the meaning of the Labor Code. As an indication, for lots no. 13 and 14 of the 2026 program: - Estimated notification date: December 2026 / Preparation: early January 2027 / Start of work : January / February 2027. Site visit mandatory before submission of offers for each lot.
