MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VETERINARY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES MEDICAL AND SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Reverse Osmosis Water System including warranty, training, accessories, installation, implementation and service options for the Hemodialysis department for one (1) Vitalit Health Network location - the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre Hemodialysis Room 1 as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act, regulations thereunder, and the Atlantic Standard Terms and Conditions (ASTC). In the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFP and/or the ASTC and/or the overarching legislation, the latter prevails. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the RFP and the ASTC, the RFP prevails. Solicitation documents will be provided in either of the Province of New Brunswick's two official languages; English or French upon request.
