The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” in accordance to HHSAR 326.601, and also/or meet the small business size standards under the NAICS Code associated with this notice. Responses to this sources sought notice will assist determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy use for an upcoming requirement.
