Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with N3PR, Inc of Downers Grove, IL to provide a software solution for reverse distribution of pharmaceuticals in support of the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) and other Veteran Integrated Service Network 8 (VISN 8) facilities. NCO 8 anticipates awarding an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 3-year period of performance. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 13.106-1, only one responsible source reasonably available to satisfy the agency requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services, with a small business size standard of $30, 000, 000.00.This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using products and services to provide a software solution for reverse distribution of pharmaceuticals, to the Contracting Officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement, show experience providing a software solution for reverse distribution of pharmaceuticals, software upgrades and services. Information must be sent to the Kurt Kramer, Contracting Officer at Kurt.Kramer@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, NCO 8 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with N3PR, INC.
