Rev. 41 Amli 24-hour rest area, parcel station conversion
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the design and reconstruction of an existing parcel station along the rv. 41 in Amli. The parcel station is to be rebuilt so that, among other things, it gets toilet/shower facilities for use in the 24-hour rest area on site as well as upgrading of break and waiting rooms for bus drivers and passengers. Through this contract, demolition and remodeling work will be carried out inside, in addition to a room in the room with a toilet/shower. The building facade itself will not be affected, with the exception of replacing some windows/doors on the east and west sides as well as provision for extra stairs on the west side of the building. Amli municipality is the owner of the parcel station and the property (No. 41 bn. 5), and redevelopment of the station is planned together with the municipality. Today, the parcel station has warehouses, rooms for bus drivers, waiting room and toilet for bus passengers. The facilities that are in the building today must therefore be continued, in addition to the provision of showers and toilets for lorry drivers who use the 24-hour rest area. Existing furnishings in the building will be demolished and replaced with new ones, and the building will be completely new floor plan. The bus drivers will have a lounge and toilet at the north end of the building. The existing entrance from the north is used for this. In the south of the building, there will be a storage room for the municipality. The toilet and shower for truck drivers are, together with the technical room, located as a core in the middle of the building (room i the room)...
