Bid Synopsis: The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests Bids for the purchase of Retroreflective Sheeting for Screen and Digital Printing of Traffic Signage. The bidder shall also provide, via lease, a wide format digital printing system, reference section 3.4 for details on the printer, bidder shall also include all other necessary commodities and consumable-s required to complete these processes on behalf of the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. The DOC does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities be ordered will be rejected. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity, or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract.
