The procedure is conducted as an open tender, pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. 2. The ordering party applies the reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law - it will first conduct research and evaluation offers, and then will perform subjective qualification of the contractor whose offer will be rated the highest. Pursuant to Art. 139 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party stipulates that contractors do not submit the declaration referred to in Art. together with their offer. 125 section 1 Public Procurement Law (JEDZ). This declaration will be submitted only by the contractor whose offer receives the highest evaluation. 3. The subject of the order is the supply of teaching and specialist equipment for the Secondary School Complex No. 6 in Piotrków Trybunalski, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (SWZ Part II - OPZ).
