The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment for the teaching base in the School and Kindergarten Complex in Lisewo, stage I, which is implemented as part of the program entitled: New quality of education in primary schools in the Lisewo commune, co-financed by European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program. Part 1 of the order: Delivery of equipment and supplies to the terminal workshop, The material scope of the subject of the order for each part includes in particular: a) deliveries brand new, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test proper operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of the rights warranty of equipment within the scope specified in Annexes No. 1.1 to the SWZ, together with its transport, bringing, assembly and setting up in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the School and Kindergarten Complex in Lisewo, b) prototype products are unacceptable, not devices that are stored for a long time and come from manufacturer's sales programs are allowed.
