Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment for the IT and biology laboratory at the Primary School in Krusin, which is implemented as part of the program entitled: New quality of education in primary schools in the Lisewo commune, co-financed by European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program. The material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: a) delivery of a brand new one, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights for the equipment within the scope specified in Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ, including its transport, bringing, assembling, setting up in the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the Primary School in Krusin, b) prototype products are not allowed, devices stored for a long time or devices coming from the manufacturer's sales programs are not allowed. Devices cannot be included in the manufacturer's end-of-sale, end-of-support, end-of-life lists or other lists maintained...
