The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment for the teaching base at the Primary School in Krusin, which is implemented under the program entitled: New quality of education in primary schools in the Lisewo commune, co-financed by the European Fund Social Plus under the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027 program. Part 1 of the order: Delivery of equipment and supplies for the terminal workshop. The material scope of the subject of the order for both parts includes in particular: a) delivery of brand new equipment, i.e. unused before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to test correct operation, originating from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment in the field of specified in Annex No. 1.1, 1.1a and 1.1b to the SWZ together with its transport, bringing, assembly and setting in the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the Primary School in Krusin, Krusin 53, 86-230 Lisewo, b) prototype products are not allowed, devices from long-term storage and from manufacturer's sales programs.
