The provision of specialized endoscopic equipment to the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Czerwona Góra was co-financed by budget of the Local Government of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in accordance with Agreement No. 15/D/00029/2026 for granting a subsidy for "Equipping the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Czerwona Góra with specialized endoscopic equipment - name of the task: Investments in protection health." Pursuant to art. 257 Pzp, the Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the contract award procedure if public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not provided to him granted.
