1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task titled: Retrofitting a playground as part of the task New and safe devices in the Playground (Reagan Park) - implemented in the design and build formula from the 2026 Citizens' Budget.2. Range the subject of the order for includes: 1) I subject of acceptance: preparation of design documentation and obtaining all necessary arrangements, permits and final administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the works.2) II subject of acceptance: comprehensive execution of construction and assembly works based on the approved design documentation prepared as part of the first subject of acceptance.3) Providing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works performed on the basis of design documentation that is the subject of order and during the warranty and quality guarantee period for construction works.3. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation were specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, and the Functional and Utility Program constituting Appendix No. 1 to OPZ.
