1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of playground equipment, including in particular: a) delivery and assembly of brand new playground equipment and elements of small architecture, b) performance of necessary preparatory and finishing works, c) assembly of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the principles arising from occupational health and safety regulations and applicable safety standards, including PN-EN 1176, d) tidying up the area after completion of the works; any waste generated during implementation (e.g. excess sand) should be disposed of the Contractor's cost, e) providing a warranty for the delivered and installed elements for a period of min. 24 months, f) construction of safety zones for the installed devices, in accordance with applicable standards.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including conditions and requirements the implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ).3. A detailed list of play equipment, including a description of individual devices and a quantitative summary, constitutes the Technical Specification of the Equipment and is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Accurate the arrangement (location) of individual devices is presented in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
