4.1. The subject of the order includes the purchase and delivery of equipment for the Municipal Cultural Center in Grochów, divided into parts. 4.2.Ordering party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act allows the submission of partial offers divided into 5 parts, as follows below: 4.2.1. part 1 of the order - "Delivery of the stand with assembly"; 4.2.2. part 2 of the order - "Delivery and assembly of technology and stage equipment - complete set"; 4.2.3. part 3 of the order - "Delivery and assembly of furniture and exhibition elements - set”; 4.2.4. part 4 of the order - "Delivery and installation of electronic audiovisual equipment and sound system for the recording studio - complete set."; 4.2.5. part 5 of the order - "Delivery and installation of household appliances and small equipment - complete set" 4.3. Scope material subject of the order for part of all orders includes in particular: 1) delivery of a brand new one, from current production and unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to conduct the test correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment to the extent specified in Annex No. 1.1-1.5 to the SWZ (parts 1-5) along with transport, bringing, assembly and commissioning (if applicable) and placement in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 2) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order, including: a) user manual in...
