Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, complete backhoe loader with accessories, documentation, transport, commissioning and operator training. The machine will be the equipment of the Yraków Commune used to carry out tasks in the field of protection population and civil defense, in particular to perform earthworks and security works, remove the effects of extraordinary events, clear roads and access roads, remove debris and work on failures of municipal infrastructure. 2) The order is in place implemented as part of the tasks specified in the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program and financed from earmarked subsidies from the state budget provided by the Podkarpackie Voivode.3) The machine must be legally permitted to travel on public roads, in accordance with its classification resulting from the manufacturer's documentation. The contractor will provide the EU/CE declaration of conformity and other documents required by law for a given type of machine.
