Sub-agreement 1 - East Sub-agreement 2 - Vest With this tender, Domea.dk wishes to obtain offers for parallel framework agreements for total consulting services for the housing companies affiliated with Domea.dk, regarding subsidized and unsubsidized renovation and new construction projects in Denmark. The total consultancy includes such tasks within the framework of the legislation for public housing. The range of framework agreements is divided into 2 sub-agreements: Sub-agreement 1 - East, which covers Eastern Denmark, and Sub-agreement 2 - West, which covers Western Denmark. On Sub-Agreement 1 - East, Domea.dk wants 5 framework agreement holders. On Sub-Agreement 2 - West, Domea.dk wants 3 framework agreement holders. An applicant can apply for pre-qualification on one or both partial agreements, as can a tenderer after completion bid evaluation can win a place on both partial agreements. The framework agreements are not exclusive, as Domea.dk has the option to enter into agreements on total consultancy without the application of the present parallel framework agreements, including on the basis of traditional tenders or direct award of specific projects, if the tender rules allow this. A specific turnover is not guaranteed on the framework agreements, as Domea.dk is not bound to use the framework agreements.
