Sub-agreement 1: Ferric chloride (Fe3+) Sub-agreement 2: Polyaluminium chloride Skanderborg Spildevand A/S hereby offers the supply of Fe3+-based precipitation chemicals and polyaluminium chloride. The offer is divided into the following partial agreements: Partial agreement 1: Iron chloride (Fe3+) Partial agreement 2: Polyaluminium chloride The tender is carried out as a public EU tender cf. the Tender Act (LBK no. 116 of 03/02/2025). Each of the framework agreements is valid from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, excluding options. The ordering party's expected annual consumption in each of the framework agreements are estimated at: Sub-agreement 1: 335 tonnes Sub-agreement 2: 36 tonnes Each sub-agreement is established as a framework agreement with one supplier. The same tenderer can be awarded both subcontracts, provided that he has submitted the most economically advantageous tender for each partial agreement. Each partial agreement will be awarded to the tenderer who makes the most economically advantageous offer based on the award criterion "Price" cf. section 162 subsection of the Public Procurement Act 1, No. 1. Skanderborg Spildevand A/S hereby offers delivery of Fe3+-based felling chemicals. The tender is carried out as a public EU tender cf. the tendering act (LBK no. 116 of 03/02/2025). The framework agreement is valid from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, excluding options. The customer's expected annual consumption is estimated at: 335 ton.
