Partial agreement 1 - 5000 tonnes of coarse biomass Partial agreement 2 - 5000 tonnes of coarse biomass Partial agreement 3 - 5000 tonnes of coarse biomass Nordværk Affaldsenergi has an ongoing need to purchase coarse biomass, which Nordværk Affaldsenergi uses as fuel for its energy plants in Aalborg and Hjørring. Nordværk Affaldsenergi therefore offers a contract regarding the purchase of coarse biomass (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). The contract comes into force upon his signature, but no earlier than 1 August 2026. If the Contract enters into force on 1 August 2026, the winning tenderer must deliver coarse biomass in accordance with the delivery plan described in Appendix C - Nordværk Affaldsenergi's expected need for the supply of coarse biomass, that is from and including October 2026. If the Contract however, is signed at a later date than 1 August 2026, the first delivery times will be shifted accordingly. The contract then basically runs for four years. However, Nordværk Affaldsenergi has the option of extending the Contract by two year in two rounds. Nordværk Waste Energy has decided to divide the Contract into three partial agreements. Nordværk undertakes to purchase 5, 000 tonnes of coarse biomass per year on each partial agreement.
