This tender is a re-tender of the tender published by executive order no. 73464-2026 on 2 February 2026 and canceled by executive order no. 83588-2026 published on 5 February 2026. In connection with the re-tender, the ordering party has adapted the tender material. It is therefore important that you, as a tenderer, carefully read all parts of the tender material. With this tender notice, the contracting authorities, as stated in sections 1 and 8 of the tender notice and section 1.2 of the tender conditions, offer a Public tendering of framework agreements for facade inspection, chipping of loose concrete and subsequent cleaning of the facade, etc. The client has chosen to divide the tender into two groups of framework agreements (1 and 2) for the clients listed above. The offer is carried out as one public tender according to the rules in Section II of the Tender Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015 as amended). The first group of framework agreements (1) contains four framework agreements (sub-agreements) which are (with few variations) identical and which concern facade inspection, chipping away of loose concrete and subsequent cleaning of the facade, etc. on fifteen (15) different clusters of apartment blocks (collectively referred to as the low-rise buildings) in Brøndby Strand Parkerne under comprehensive plan HP4. The low houses are managed by four generals housing companies - the four contracting parties in sections 1 and 8 of the tender notice and section 1.2 of the tender conditions (BB, TMG, PAB and BAB) - and a framework agreement (partial agreement) must thus be entered into with each of the four contracting parties...
