The Municipality of Amersfoort to grant a concession for the implementation of a fuel outlet in the entrance area. The concession of the fuel outlet is part of a broader overall development of the Entrance area of industrial Wicks. The fuel outlet concession procedure will start beforei?1/2the development of the remaining part of the lot. The fuel outlet may work separately from the rest of the Entrance area. The plot for the fuel outlet which can be offered is approximately 2700 m2 large.The Entrance area of industrial Wicks is a very prominent location at the junction of roads to landscapei?1/2the urban area. The location is easily visible from the A28 exit and from the Energieweg. The location is the entrance of the business park and the entrance to the city of Amersfoort. The number of passers for the location will increase in the coming years, not only through further development of the business Wicks but also by the increasing EXPLORATIOersaanbod on and around the nearby junction Hoevelaken. Therefore, the Municipality of Amersfoort and the government invest in a good traffic flow in this gebied.Zo the Energieweg redundant and there will be a direct link between the industrial Horseshoe and the Energieweg. Between 2019 and 2024 Rijkswaterstaat is working on the reconstruction of the knoppunt Hoevelaken and the widening of the A28 and the A1.Ook around the entrance area makes the Municipality of Amersfoort for good verkeersinfrastructuur.Het Entrance area gets a special meaning compared to the rest of the business. In addition to normal activity the opportunity to trade, a party center and leisure.Het understanding brandstofverkooppunt means that anything is possible as long as it has to do with fuel supply in the broadest sense of the word. Within the municipality wants to not impose too many restrictions.
