the purpose of this rfi is to provide the ministry with a better understanding of the current capabilities of the marketplace to provide non-exclusive third party retail services at the ontario science centre, located at 770 don mills road in toronto, ontario.
scope of work
the ontario science centre is seeking to explore the potential for third party service providers, either working alone or in consortium, to provide unique on-site retail experiences relevant to our brand. The centre is interested in understanding what potential “value-added products” third party service providers could create, as well as potential challenges and opportunities of such a partnership. In keeping with the centre's spirit of innovation, experimentation and iteration, the term of agreement will likely range from a minimum of 3 months up to 18 months, depending on the target market, scope of merchandise and size of the retail service provider.
