The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) Proponent to enter into a Contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to provide services as its retail operations partner, with responsibility for the operation of all retail and merchandising sales outlets at BC Place Stadium (“BC Place”) on an extended term basis. BC Place is a multi-tenant, multi-format stadium hosting professional sports, international sporting events, concerts, community events, and global Mega-Events. The successful Proponent will have demonstrated the operational capacity, staffing depth, logistical coordination, and scalability required to support the full scope of the BC Place event calendar.
