PUBLIC BIDDING OF VARIOUS VMMC-s PROJECTS UNDER FY 2019- BATCH 5 PROJECTS

Source of Funding: GAA-2019; GAA-2018-CA ; & UOI-2019

1. The Veterans Memorial Medical Center intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS & ZERO CENTAV OS (PhP 14, 138, 400.00) being the total of the Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABCs) to payment under the contracts for the bidding of various hospital`s projects under Batch-5 of FY 2019.

The VMMC Bids and Awards Committee invites Bids from PhilGEPS-registered suppliers for the bidding of the project stated below (Table 1).

The ABC in the bid tender shall be the upper limit of the bid offer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the VMMC-BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from July 09, 2019 up to 9AM of July 30, 2019.

4. Prior to purchase of bid documents, ordering of the associated documents and printing of the Document Request List from the PhilGEPS website containing the prospective bidder`s name is required.

The Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 9:30 AM at the CPS Conference Room, 2"? Floor Main Building, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City which shall be opened to all interested parties. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in [TB Clause 18 or an Affidavit of Bid Securing Declaration.

. The Submission and Bid Opening is scheduled on July 30, (Tuesday), 2019; 9:30 AM at the VMMC CPS Conference Room, 2" Floor Main Building, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder`s representatives who choose to attend the opening of bids. Late bids shall not be accepted.

Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

The VMMC BAC shail implement a Registry System for interested parties pursuant to DND BAC Circular 01-2005 dated May 12, .2005. Initial registration is 21, 500.00 valid for three years while renewal is at P500.00 per year. Forms may be secured at the VMMC BAC Secretariat, Ground Floor, VMMC Main Building, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. ~
