Jordan Water Company L.L.C. MIYAHUNA invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Restructuring of Marj AL Hamam West (DZ 39) Water Supply Network1. . Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the tender document.2. Nationality shall be accordance with USAID Code 937 (The United States, the recipient country, and developing countries other than advanced developing countries).3. The transportation of any shipments by ocean or air and related delivery services are required to be transported by privately owned United State vessel or air charter, otherwise prior approval is required in writing from USAID through JWC-Miyahuna.4. The Bidders shall submit their offers for complete lot and the offers will be assessed and awarded according to the BOQ and the tender conditions.5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information or inspect the Bidding Documents (PDF) from Miyahuna Website(www.miyahuna.com.jo )6.
