Restructuring of an industrial site in order to transform into a multi-flow PPDC type platform (mechanical package processing, logistics and distribution), in the following geographical sector: Dijon (21) As part of the renovation of its land, restructuring work in order to transform the site into PPDC MultiFlux type platform ((mechanical package processing, logistics and distribution). The purpose of this advertising notice is to designate a service provider for the execution of work, as a general contractor or group of companies. Description of the operation: On a plot of approximately 38, 500 m², this site (SCI Industrial Email Activities) accommodates approximately 250 agents for 100% postal activity. This one, built at the end of the 70s, is made up of 3 adjoining buildings, detailed as follows; Logistics building on 2 levels (surface area: approx. 11, 800m2) Tertiary building composed of 5 levels (from the basement to R+3 with a mezzanine), with a surface area of approximately 500m2 per level Industrial building: former Quai de Fer (surface area 4600m2).
