Tender Details

The purpose of this project is the restructuring of the EHPAD - Bellevue residence, an 81-bed EHPAD with constant beds. The project provides for the creation of an accommodation unit for wandering people, the adaptation of certain rooms to provide them with private bathrooms, the reorganization of the accommodation units in order to provide living quarters, the creation of a PASA, as well as the reorganization of the care center at the heart of the accommodation units. Beyond this functional redevelopment, the EHPAD wishes to develop its openness to the city, in particular through the creation of third places, an entertainment room and a dining room accessible from the square, thus reorganizing the entertainment and catering center on an establishment scale. This is accompanied by an EHPAD project as a place of living, or even resources, for both residents and home users
