This consultation concerns the project management contract for the restructuring and energy renovation of the Cité Scolaire de Bagnères de Luchon, located 17 boulevard Charles de Gaulle in Bagnères de Luchon. The main objectives of the operation are as follows: - Energy renovation - improvement of summer and winter comfort - Decommissioning of at least 2000 m² of the Cité Scolaire and relocation of the administration - Reconfiguration of half-board - Widespread asbestos removal - Reconfiguration partial of the day school and in particular of the ground floor - Improved input sequence - Improvement of courtyard uses The operation targets a BDO Gold level and the project management requires the use of straw as insulation for the pinions, at a minimum.
