This competition is organized with a view to carrying out studies relating to the work necessary for the renovation and covering of the Jean Maret municipal swimming pool in Vence.

The Jean Maret swimming pool, dating from 1968, is an aging piece of equipment that no longer meets regulatory standards. in matters ofsecurity and accessibility This no longer meets the uses linked to new recreational sports practices. The municipality therefore wanted to carry out this renovation of the swimming pool by integrating the following issues:

- Bringing the equipment up to technical, regulatory and environmental standards.

-Controlling operating costs.

-Extending the opening period.

-Learning to swim and developing new aquatic activities.

-Integrating the equipment into an environment exceptional.

The part of the forecast financial envelope allocated toux works is 5, 000, 000EUR excluding tax as of value date of April 2023 / 130.5

Asbestos removal and lead removal before demolition

Complete demolition of the existing premises
