Project management competition (Moe) on "sketch" for the construction of the intercommunality house in Savenay.
This equipment intended to bring together the services of the Community of Communes hosted on different sites in the territory will include premisesscalable and modular with a floor area of approximately 2, 800 square meters.
It will be located on plots with a total area of 7, 100 square meters.
It will be exemplary both in terms of energy and environmental aspects and will have to achieve the energy performance label for buildingss involving very low energy consumption (Label Passivhaus). It will integrate photovoltaic production and biosourced materials and will respect the principles of limiting the carbon impact, as well as the life cycle of the building.
