This consultation is an architecture and engineering competition on: Esquisse +. The mission entrusted to the project manager will be a basic mission as defined by book IV of the public procurement code and appendix 20 of the same code specifying the technical modalities for execution of project management mission elements entrusted by public project owners to private law service providers. The basic mission consists of the following elements: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR The The contract holder will complete the Esquisse+ (ESQ+) studies in accordance with the operation program. The holder will then be in charge of summary preliminary project studies (APS), detailed preliminary project studies (APD), project studies (PRO) and assistance. for the award of works contracts (ACT), the management of the execution of works contracts (DET) and assistance during reception operations (AOR).
