Tender Details

This competition is organized with a view to carrying out studies relating to the work necessary for the construction of an intercommunal aquatic center in Belleville-en-Beaujolais.

With this project to create an intercommunal aquatic center, restructuring the site of the existing swimming pool, theSaone Beaujolais community of communes has very strong ambitions, and seeks to achieve the following main objectives:

- Meet the region's needs for access to water (knowing how to swim, sports and leisure for all);

- Get out of the model current classic aquatic centers, in deficite and unsustainable for communities, by achieving financial balance in operation;

- Carry out a positive energy project in line with environmental issues, exemplary and virtuous, aiming in particular at energy excellence.

The following approach is supported by the MOA:

- Devdevelopment of a hybrid equipment model, based on the model of an eco-cultural third place, with a programming of the occupation of the place diversified according to the time of the day, the week or the year,

with lucrative and non-profit activities

- Creation of a real living space, gengenerator of wealth for the territory

- Creation of a place of tourist attractiveness, multi-service approach, sustainable tourism
