This project management competition is organized with a view to awarding the project management contract for the design and construction of the extension of the DOUAISIS AGGLO community hotel, located rue Jean PERRIN, Parc d'activities of Douai/Dorignies, in DOUAI (59500). This is a restricted architectural competition on anonymity, at sketch level + (ESQ +). In accordance with article R2172-2 of the Public Order Code (CCP), the competition will be followed by a negotiation with the or one of the winners of the competition as part of a procedure without prior advertising or competitive bidding with a view to the award of the public project management contract (under article R2122-6 of the CCP).
