Tender Details

The competition concerns the construction of sports equipment intended for the practice of boxing and bodybuilding in R+1 of approximately 962 m² of useful surface area (SU) and 1, 066 m² of floor area (SDP). The building must meet normative obligations of an establishment open to the public of type X, 5th category. The forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is 2, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax (May 2026). This amount includes the cost of construction and exterior fittings. Refer to competition rules and annex 5 for the characteristics of the operation. At the end of the competition, a project management contract will be concluded with the winner(s) of the competition which will include a basic mission whose content is defined in article R.2431-4 of the Public Order Code. This mission will be supplemented, if necessary, by the following additional missions: - Fire Safety Systems Coordination Mission (CSSI) - Complete synthesis study mission (SYN) of the EXE mission on the whole lots
