Tender Details

Project management competition based on sketch - applications phase. This contract is a project management mission for the construction of the Eybens South Technical Operations Center. The procedure is broken down into two distinct phases: - An application phase (phase 1 application) at at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected; - A project phase (phase 2 offer) at the end of which the winner(s) of the competition will be chosen. The objective of the project is: - To improve the working conditions of site agents by designing a building adapted to uses and allowing the modularity of spaces to adapt to changing needs; - To construct a site and an exemplary building from an energy and environmental point of view. For this, the ambitions set go beyond the requirements of the RE2020 environmental regulations. by achieving an energy consumption value lower than 20% compared to the 2022 thresholds and a value of the carbon indices Ic energy and Ic construction lower than 30% compared to the 2022 thresholds defined by RE2020; - To ensure continuity of service during the works phase by limiting impacts on the activity of site agents. The amount of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is 6, 156, 000 euros excluding tax.
