This consultation concerns a restricted competition organized by the Métropole du Grand Nancy, with a view to choosing the winner(s) authorized to enter into negotiations for the project management contract awarded without advertising or competitive bidding with a view to the construction of a central intercommunal kitchen. Project management contract relating to the studies and works for the construction of the new central kitchen. Type of operation: new construction of a building structure. The project is carried out, in initially, by a group of orders bringing together 10 municipalities in the Greater Nancy Metropolis. Ultimately, project management will be ensured by a dedicated Local Public Company (SPL), associating several municipalities (including those of the group of orders) from the Greater Nancy Metropolis as well as other public actors wishing to be part of this approach. Procedure carried out by the Metropolis in application of article L.5211-4-4 of the CGCT. This operation takes place in a context of renewal of collective catering equipment in the area. The creation of this new central kitchen aims to modernize and pool the collective catering production tool on an intercommunal scale. It will allow partner communities to have efficient equipment, meeting current requirements in terms of food quality, local supply, health safety and environmental transition. Forecast financial envelope for the operation (studies and works): €12, 600, 000 excluding tax, or €15, 120, 000 including tax, value April 2026, including kitchen equipment and depollution.
