The tenderer wishes to enter into a framework contract in relation to the substantive procedure. The value of the framework amount: HUF 200, 000, 000 gross. in order to promote the utilization of agricultural production taking into account the ecological conditions and aspects of economy and profitability, and to promote the development of a modern property structure based on family farms, the National Land Fund. In the case of properties where the cultivation branch shown in the real estate register differs from the actual natural state, it becomes necessary to restore the original cultivation branch. Based on the above legal provision, AM (hereinafter referred to as "Proposer") initiates a procurement procedure with nationwide coverage and a unit price. The areas included in the restoration of the cultivation branch belong to the category of agricultural land. Due to an unknown history, they are wild, uncultivated, a woody and herbaceous vegetation is disturbed. Due to several years of uncultivated conditions, woody vegetation has become stronger and cannot be treated with simple technological solutions.
