The subject of the "License Renewal - V. Stage" contract is the purchase and restoration of licenses for several software products relating to the project: National Cyber Security Incidents Management System system in public administration: https://www.mirri.gov.sk/projekty/projekty-esif/operacny-program-integrova-infrastruktura/prioritna-oS-7-informacna-spolocnost/projekty/projeky/incidenty-kyberneticka-incance/.
The subject of the contract is therefore an extension of the support of multiple licenses for a total duration of 48 months, from the end of the last Support of the relevant license, gradually after 12 months in accordance with the invoicing conditions under Article 2.
215/2004 Coll. on the protection of classified facts, as amended (further both the "Act on the Protection of Classified Facts") in the degree of confidentiality "reserved", as well as the detailed specification of the subject of the contract, and thus the document "specification of the subject of the contract and the total price" will only be granted in the second phase of this closer competition in connection with sending a call for tenders, only to those who have met the conditions for participation set out by the contracting authority and also concluded a contract for the accession of the entrepreneur to classified information (Zopus).
