The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction "Renovation of Jiráskova náměstí and monastery gardens in Plzeň", which includes the comprehensive restoration of the public space, the reconstruction and relocation of engineering networks and related modifications to the transport and technical infrastructure in solved territory. The construction mainly includes the reconstruction and modification of roads, sidewalks and other paved areas; improvements to the street space of Jiráskova náměstí and adjacent streets; reconstruction, relocation and new construction of sewers and sewer connections; reconstruction, relocation of water lines and water connections; implementation of rainwater drainage, including storage tanks; also re-laying and modification of technical infrastructure lines, especially electrical equipment, public lighting, communication lines, gas pipelines and hot water connections. The scope of the performance also includes modifications to the surfaces of the public space, implementation of urban furniture and small buildings, objects of technical equipment of the area, underground containers and other related construction objects.
