Tender Details

The client is preparing to renew the instrumentation of the existing linear accelerator workplace (hereafter referred to as "LU"). The main subject of the performance of the awarded public order is the acquisition of a total of 1 piece of medical technology - a linear accelerator, 1 piece of CT simulator and related accessories (hereinafter referred to as "LT") according to the SPECIFICATION and the performance of the LT post-warranty service. Current LU workplace: An existing LU site means premises that currently house LU technology that is already obsolete, beyond lifetime, and its use is limited in time. The acquired LT (1 pc LU, 1 pc CT simulator and related accessories) is intended for this existing workplace. Therefore, part of the awarded public contract also includes: • dismantling of the existing LT and its removal a liquidation, • construction modifications of the existing LU workplace for the location of the new LT, • transport, assembly and commissioning of the new LT incl. accessories. The supplier is obliged to check and make any modifications to the existing wiring related to the LT connection, in particular: 1) power supply energy and switchboards - in the event that the existing supply or switchboard is not suitable, the supplier is obliged, within the scope of the performance of the awarded public contract, to ensure the reinforcement of the supply and switchboard, or to make the supply with a new switchboard, so so that the connection of the new LT can be made, 2) air-conditioning including filtration - in the event that the current condition is not satisfactory, the supplier is obliged, as part of the scope of the performance of the awarded public contract, to ensure the implementation of modifications in...
