Restoration of hardware and software of PLC systems of PčS and AŠ The subject of the contract is: a) Carrying out renewal (or new supply) of the contracting party's PLC Hardware and Software at the specified Locations, current versions and all related activities, including integration into of the existing internal system of the contracting authority, namely to the extent and specification stated in the draft of the Work Contract, including in particular all work on the renewal of the PLC level and the provision of all necessary and related licenses to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Renewal of the PLC and with license authorization corresponding to at least the current status for the PLC level incl. all necessary accessories, modules or software of other manufacturers for min. maintaining the existing functionality. The work will be carried out on the dates and at the Locations as agreed in advance in writing agreed schedule by the contracting authority. The existing PLC-level hardware remains the property of the client, including the dismantled DT switchboards from the armature shafts. b) The service of support, maintenance and development of the PLC level environment at the Contractor's Locations will be provided by the supplier for a period of 7 years from the first successful acceptance of a partial part of the Work realized for the first selected Location.
